1-5 Berwick Street, Soho, London
A five storey apartment block in Soho. A centralised plant was controlled by a Kieback & Peters (SyxthSense) HRP22 Controller with WebBitter ethernet interface for remote interpretation.
Each apartment also had a Kamstrum heat meter and water meter connected on an M-Bus for Landlords's metering.

This site is controlled by Honeywell Contols with a XBS Head End.

Tolworth Sports Pavilion, Kingston
A brand new sports pavilion for Kingston University. The Plant consists of a ground source heat pump to maintain heating to the building utilising underfloor heating with gas boiler backup.
The hot water is maintained by solar panels with Lochinvar high efficiency boilers.
The system is totally controlled using Centraline Hawk controls using Arena Ax engineering software.
To comply with Part L 14 separate meters are on the site, each connected to the BMS using a Mod-Bus network.

Fleet Community Hospital - North Hampshire
Replacement of existing heating and HWS controls with Trend IQ3. Systems to interface with 963 located at St James' Hospital, Portsmouth for remote interpretation and monitoring.
Contract over two phases with a value of £46,000


Alton Health Care Centre - Hampshire
Replacement of existing control system with Trend IQ3.
Monitoring from Trend 963 located at St James Hospital Portsmouth.

Moreford & Rufford Towers - Ealing Homes, Acton, W. London
Replacement of heating controls for centralised plant feeding the domestic dwellings of the two 21-storey tower blocks located in Acton, West London.
System installed: Trend IQ3 system with LAN network card allowing interface with the owners existing IQ2 963 head-end.
The site is monitored using a GSM modem to communicate using the Orange network system for remote interpretation and monitoring.
